Bukit Purmei Taekwondo Group (BPTG) was founded by Mr Ng Hwa Ann on 5 November 1989 . The first training branch was set up at Bukit Merah Central. Since then, it has expanded to Bukit Purmei, Delta, Telok Blangah and all over the island. Our Training locations also include Residents’ Committee, Community Centres and extended to private coaching too. We have cultivated countless members and currently stand at over 700 active students.
Our students have graduated from 1st Poom to 4th Poom, and some took to higher heights, achieving Dan. These students took part in promotion tests, competitions, and courses to enrich their skills. A few even went into coaching and establish their franchise under BPTG.
Learning Environment
Our classes are conducted both indoors and outdoors with students fully equipped with gears and targets for a comprehensive training.
Belts
In Singapore, students are graded quarterly for promotion from white to Junior Black / Black belts. Once your child turns 15 years old, he/she will be eligible to convert their POOM (Junior Black belt) to DAN (Black belt).
