I hereby agree that I will not hold K & G Fitness and Sports, their appointed staff or officials responsible for any way for any mishaps, injuries or loss of life or damages to any property or howsoever arising out of or in the course of or in connection with training and any other activities organised by K & G Fitness and Sports, and I shall indemnify K & G Fitness and Sports and their appointed staff and officials from and against any actions proceeding, liabilities, claims, damages, cost and expenses which may be brought by asserted against them by any person in connection with training and any other activities organised by K & G Fitness and Sports.
